Meghan McNamara Mundy — known as Meg Mundy — is a fashion entrepreneur, stylist, and community leader behind one of upstate New York's most visible fashion events. A New Jersey native and graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, Meg began her career in New York City's garment district working with European designers and coordinating high-end trunk shows before relocating to Rochester nearly 30 years ago.
Driven by a desire to elevate Rochester's fashion profile and build community around creative expression, she founded Fashion Week Rochester in 2010 — a multi-day event showcasing local designers, boutiques, artists, and models while raising awareness and support for youth experiencing homelessness. As chief fashion organizer, she grew it into a regional cultural highlight that fuses runway with philanthropy and local economic engagement.
After more than 15 years leading Fashion Week Rochester, Meg launched Meg Mundy Style LLC in 2025 — a new chapter focused on boutique runway experiences, designer trunk shows, youth programming like Fashion Camp 585, and other fashion-centric initiatives rooted in her decades of industry experience.
Through both Fashion Week Rochester and Meg Mundy Style LLC, she continues to champion inclusive fashion, creative entrepreneurship, and opportunities for emerging talent. After raising millions of dollars for the Center for Youth, Meg has expanded her philanthropic mission by connecting each show to a different charitable cause — sharing the impact across the Rochester community.
